Hey there all, looking for somewhere to stay for one night in the Peaks to get in a good weekend of bouldering. Is for a small group, probably only 2-3 people max. Doesn't have to be 5 star or anything, but do want some creature comforts and self catering facilities if poss.

My guess is you'd struggle to book a single Sat night most places at this time of year. Other than campsites/travelodges.

You might have more luck on Airbnb than the traditional sites.

It's certainly not 5 star but I've had quite a few comfy nights staying there and it's pretty cheap.
In the interest of impartiality I am on the committee of the OMC which owns the hut.

When? You'll have more options if you're looking for somewhere in August and can book ahead than if you're thinking of this coming weekend.
