I have brought a set of Rock Rings from Urban Rock, however, I somehow managed to put the wrong post code on the address and the delivery company don't seem to be able to deliver anywhere expect by using the postcode. They told me to contact Urban Rock and get them to change the post code on the order, fair enough.
I have sent numerous emails, phoned them on the number they supplied and even tweeted them but all to no avail.
My hope is that someone who works there reads this post and gets in contact or someone on this forum can supply alternative contact details.
When they replied to an e-mail of mine a while ago it came from ' warehouse@urbanrock.com ', not whatever the address on the website was - might be worth giving that a go
