Does anyone have any views on this? It has only just come out but I know there were earlier versions. Could it really make a fall on a vertical wire no more (or less) serious than a leader fall on gear around waist height? Is the 12-16 mm range sufficient for most Via Ferrata (Dolomites specifically, where I'm planning a trip)?
