Dear Sir or Madam:

I am currently a business management student at Staffordshire University and I am currently undertaking a research project in relation to indoor climbing use.

The information which I am looking to source and analyse is the usage of indoor climbing centres by current climbers and how far they are willing to travel to and indoor climbing centre.

Official approval has been obtained by the university in order to conduct the above study.

All surveys are anonymous and the information that you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence (by both myself and the secondary reader) and will not be released to any other bodies, the public or press in any way that it can be related to you.

If you wish to withdraw from the survey at any time before or after you have filled in the questionnaire then please just contact me and I will withdraw you from the study without any pressure or questions asked.

I hope you find completing the questionnaire enjoyable, and thank you for taking the time to assist with this project.

Questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SX7F8PH

If you have any queries or would like any further information about this project please contact me via email: joshuakthompson@hotmail.co.uk
