/ Pigeon's Cave Great Orme - Seals

Hi folks
Seals are breeding here in 2017 and have young pups on the beach. Please do not approach the seals and do not get between the seal pups and the mother as this could cause the pup to be abandoned. Seals are protected species and disturbance when pupping is an offence. The Country Park wardens have asked climbers (and other users) to avoid climbing here until the end of October.

I saw the sign and the fence that they have put up. It does state not to go anywhere near the beach. It includes within visual and hearing range of the seals. The positioning of the fence suggests not even going near the top of the cliffs before you drop onto the beach, let alone the beach. I have a picture I took of the notice if you would like to post it

Worth adding that Angel Bay is also a no go this time of year for the same reasons.
