HI,

I am moving to bristol in a months time.

Can anyone reccomend which part of the city is best to live in with close proximity to the climbing walls.

are any of the climbing centres better than others?

thanks for your help

In reply to maxbg:

Location tends to be dominated by rent costs. Bristol is not a cheap place to live. That said, it's a great city and not just for the climbing.

TCA is great for bouldering. Redpoint and UCR are both excellent for roped climbing. Not been to Bloc so cannot comment.

I live in the NW of Bristol (Westbury) and manage to get to all the climbing walls within a 15min cycle.

NW Bristol is also good for a 15min walk from home to the Avon Gorge.

Hope it works out for you where ever you decide.

If you want to be really near then St Werburghs is the place.
