Just wanted to say thank you to the kind people at MSR/Cascade designs who just replaced my reactor stove for free after I stupidly spilt and burnt milk into it.
I was just sending it of to be cleaned and expected to pay for any repairs, it was a very nice surprise to get a brand new stove in the post yesterday!
Now that is customer service!
