Ondra on Rainman today

So, an on form Ondra will be at Malham today trying McClure's 9b, Rainman.
Do you think it'll go down in a day?

He does get about doesn't he? When I read that he'd done all those routes in Arco & then something at Schleier Wasserfall I assumed he was on his way home for the winter.

He's at the Kendal film festival so he might as well have a pop while he's in the area.

Epic fail, sorry! I tried to pay him out some slack in accordance in the method recommended in the ongoing thread, just as he was trying to clip the last bolt, but the rope got snagged in my gri-gri.

He wasn't best please ... but I'm sure he'll get it next time.

Ondra tried Rainman with St Mac yesterday but did not manage it in a day but confirmed the 9b grade - which is nice for Steve. Super inspiring lecture on the Friday night at KMF.
