Looking for Waterproof Handbag/Shoulderbag

Hi~ Not sure if posting in right forum, but my partner is looking for a waterproof shoulderbag/handbag. She was wondering if anyone has any reccommendations. Has good rucksack for serious stuff but needs something smaller.
