Where to buy thin webbing?

Does anyone know where to buy, or what the exact name is, of the thinner webbing straps used on rucksacks and things? It's easy to buy webbing but this is the really thick stuff much like climbing tape. Most modern rucksacks and other gear have a thinner tape for their straps. That's thinner rather than narrower by the way

Any ideas folks?

Have previously bought thinner 1 inch tape in big DIY store (prob near ropes and cord).

Haberdashery type shops should have tape on a reel.

These guys are good for roof straps and stuff like that, they sell webbing as well
