Grivel Air Techs or BD Sabretooth pro on Spantiks?

Wondering if anyone's using the above combinations successfully? I've read a few conflicting reports on the net, and not many local shops stock both to go and try. Boots are size 45. Would be grateful for any other lightweight crampon suggestions for the Spantik. Just for snow plodding and easy climbing, but would like to stick with steel for something which'll last more than a couple of routes.

If the boots have a large heel unit the BD may be a better fit. Even so, I have improved the fit of my sabretooths by using a grivel heel bail unit: the wires pull at a slightly different angle which makes a difference.
