BMC Peak Area Meeting: 31 January, Grindleford

Come along to Grindleford for our next gathering of Peak District climbers and walkers and get involved in the BMC.

Date: Wednesday 31 January 2018, starting at 7.30pm
Venue: The Maynard, Main Road, Grindleford, Derbyshire S32 2HE

Area meetings are run by volunteers and provide an opportunity for you to discuss issues and influence decisions affecting climbers and walkers locally and nationally.

The meeting will include further discussion of the independent organisational review following consideration of feedback from members since the review group’s report was published in November.

All are welcome; food will be provided by the BMC.

See the BMC Local Areas site for more details: http://community.thebmc.co.uk/Event.aspx?id=3927

In reply to Team BMC:

HOT OFF THE PRESS: James McHaffie will be a long to do a lecture afterwards. No idea what it's on, but given his credentials I'm sure it's going to be fascinating!

In reply to Team BMC:

Please note (as seen in the area secretary's mailing): the usual sandwiches and chips will be on offer before the meeting on this occasion (rather than the previous half-time break) so those wanting some scoff need to be there by 6.30pm this time.
