Hi,

Im visiting Islamabad for work for 1 week in late March. I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about climbing there. I would have a preference for climbing specifically in the Islamabad area given security elsewhere and I'm a pretty novice outdoor climber.

Any ideas,links or friends over there would be appreciated!

As soon as you can, go to the Ibex wall, on the edge of the city, and get talking to people there. It should be the best way to get in touch with people who are around and keen to get out.
