Was thinking about a 1st visit to Brean tomorrow as it is supposed to be a winter suntrap . It's going to hit the dizzying heights of 5c, sunny with a NE wind, will Brean be tropical, perishing or OK?
I have been there in exactly those conditions and been sweating in a T shirt. It is a real sun trap and with that wind direction it will be v sheltered. Defo go for it!
Well a most excellent day was had at Brean, there were plenty of T shirt climbers (and there were a lot of climbers - 20+ teams?) and the rock was warm - repeat warm. Thanks EricinBristol.
