Hi all,

Anyone have one of these, or has tried one out? The weight doesn't bother me too much and the side zip, map pocket and integrated helmet holder appeal. I've seen the Grivel video but can't see anything in the way of real world reviews.

Cheers,

I do not have this model, however if this is built to similar specs as the previous alpine model, then it is pretty much bomb proof! I've had mine for years, and still use it nearly everyday. It's a little heavy, but super comfy. The only problem I've had with it, has been the zip died on the hood this summer, and needs replacing, however for a ten year old bag that's been used and abused, it's not bad! So far I have just used the bag without the hood. If I upgrade at some point I might look at the blue Simond bag from decathlon as that looks like a similar build and quality.
