Went for a walk a while back and noticed two bolts placed above parliaments cave on north stack,  due to the no bolt ethic of gogarth should these bolts be removed...seemed like it could be an interesting  subject to discuss.

They were probably left over from the route that someone Bolted through Parliment house cave.

Not really much to discuss, chop them or not doesn't matter as when you finish one of the big aid lines you can go back to the outcrop to belay or use the bolts. 

The bolts in parliament house cave got chopped as far as i'm aware - though this is fairly immaterial as there was a massive rockfall in the cave shortly afterwards, and anyone going in there needs their head examining!?!

Ooof, we used to bivvy in there on sea kayak trips...!

That's true there was a big rock fall I went there after after it happened...
