Does anyone know of a bivi bag which has a zip closed insect mesh over the opening?

Mine. I think it’s a Mountain Range from the 90’s. Good bag double hooped if needed.

Snugpak Stratosphere, but it's a heavy one for being a bivy bag. 

I changed my mind thinking I can live with such living space. A week in it was far too much!

Trying to get in a bivi bag and zipping the mesh closed before the midges join you is another matter.
