Yes it's fine, there are a few pitches in the grounds, and the fee entitles you to use the facilities. Great place to stay, and camping is a good option for those who prefer their own tent space to a dorm.
Roughly €8/9 a night with use of showers ,kitchen etc. Getting a bit hot there now but plenty of crags in the shade. They usually respond pretty quickly try again.
Don't be tempted to turn up without pre booking. Have heard quite a lot of very conflicting opinion, good from those that pre book, bad from those that have turned up on spec and not got beyond the intercom at the gates.
