Hnappavellir

I've been on the iceland climbing website that has a link to a downloadable pdf, but the link doesn't seem to work any more, does anyone have the pdf or know where I can find it?

Thanks

You can pick one up at the climbing gym in reykjavik (klifurhusid)

Yep, the guide is sold in Iceland, at the wall. All in Icelandic, but pretty easy to work out. Beware though, Iceland is THE MOST SANDBAGGED PLACE I HAVE EVER CLIMBED.

5.9 = more like 5.10d

Start on the 5.7 and 5.8s, just to get a feel. You may otherwise be in for a nasty surprise and end up saying bye-bye to some gear.

It's bloody beautiful up there, though. On a good weather day, you can basically climb all night through the summer months. There is also some climbing north of Reykjavik which is worth an afternoon, for sure

There is a copy in the hut at the crag

the hut is now locked to keep out the riff raff like you dave, though you can get the code by donating to the bolt fund (again ask in klifurhusid)

Agree on the sandbagging, left a brand new quickdraw there that has hopefully served someone else!
