I'm just back from Sardinia (late May/early June 2018) and folk may want to be aware of the following -
1. The Via Ferrata del Cabirol near Alghero is officially closed, I think due to rockfall potential from above after heavy rain and also because the car park isn't big enough to hold all the visitors!
2. The crag and VF at Monteleone Rocca Doria are also officially closed, apparently so that refurbishment works and the creation of a quarrying museum can go ahead. When we were there nothing had actually started and a few parties were climbing/VF'ing as usual although the paths seemed pretty overgrown.
