Have sent a message of thanks via secretary of CRO and donated to CRO via just giving but if you are one of the team reading this HUGE thanks for your brilliant work in getting me down to ambulance so quickly, efficiently and skilfully. You guys do an amazing job.

From a wider perspective, all of us climbers should never forget just how fab all of our cave and mountain rescue volunteers are.

I agree the Clapham Cave Rescue Team are excellent, they rescued me after an accident a couple of years ago. I am full of praise and thanks for what they did for me.

I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking "Clapham Cave Rescue Team?  Really?"  before the penny dropped and I realised that perhaps there was more than one place called Clapham in the UK.  Sorry!

You're confusing it with Clapham Junction Cave Rescue team.

Well, there's probably more miles of tunnels beneath London than Yorkshire, and more people in need of help, especially on a Friday night.
