Tomorrow evening has suddenly opened up. Where would you bivvy in the Keswick area? Any top tips?

Depends how far you want to go, top of Latrigg is nice, on the way up Blencathra from Scales is good, Grizedale pike easy to get to from Braithwaite, top of Robinson is good too

Jopplety How would be a great area for a bivi. Amazing highball up there too.

Skidda Little Man, plenty of grassy spots.

I camped on top of maiden moor a couple of weeks ago. Great views all around. Catbells would be great also, but might not be so wild and is more likely to see other people on.

No water up there though.

Breezy night, dale head tarn or scales tarn are nice and offer some shelter and water.
