Where would you climb in the UK next week?

A friend and I have a few days to spare next week and would like to get outside trad/bouldering/sport climbing, in that order of preference.

Been wanting to climb the gritstone for some time but understand conditions and midges likely make that a poor choice this time of year.

If you had your pick of UK climbing destinations, where would you go next week?

As the moment, from the forecasts I can see, I'd go to Swanage - looks good all week.

My brief assessment:

Early in the week - SW looks ok (options like Cornwall, N Devon), as does N. Wales (Mon/Tues) as well as Pembroke.

Mid-week onwards - Swanage and Portland look like the driest. You've got trad, sport and bouldering options there.

Thanks for your response Andrew. I will see if I can convince my bouldering-obsessed friend to abseil down some cliffs.
