I am heading out with a couple of pals in December to work for the winter. Does anyone have any leads on accommodation? Would be for 3 people but would consider other options.
If there are three of you you can just rent a studio 'straight off' rather than needing to find one bed in a larger property. - many options, cham sud, grande roc argentiere etc. Just search through the net
Join the 'Chamonix' group on FB, people are always posting rooms and flats. The earlier you can move the better. Les Bossons and Les Praz are popular as they are much cheaper than Cham Centre or Sud, but bit of a trek to town then.
