Where in Europe to buy winter gear?

Hey guys,

I'm going to be passing through a large chunk of Europe and need some new winter gear. Where's the best/cheapest  place to get it from?

I'll be passing through Germany, the Czech republic, Italy, France and the Balkans over the next few months in the van.

Probably still online; I think the days of reliably being able to pick up cheap gear overseas are over (especially given the strength of the GBP). Obviously you may still get good deals on various items here and there but probably nothing fantastic for everything. 

Decathlon in France sells quite a good range of climbing gear at reasonable prices. The usual suspects in France e.g. Cham3s are worth a look. I never found anywhere particularly good in Prague other than the Alpsport just off the Wilsonova before the bridge.
