I am scheduled to go under the knife next Thursday for a long awaited operation to repair a tear in/around the triangular fibro cartilidge in my right wrist.
Anybody out there offer any knowledge of this either as patient or from the other side of the knife. Also be very interested in re-hab protocols from previous patients or helpful physios.
Basically any useful advice / information would be great...Thanks in advance...
