I had an old shaped Vanette converted by Wheelhome and enjoyed it for three years. Then got nervous about potential spares shortage and sold it. The buyer e mailed me last year and said he'd just had another 20,000 trouble free miles from it.
I suspect the NV 200 could be a modern reincarnation of that van. Downside is no one will ever match that turning circle, upside is you won't be sitting in the crumple zone.
