E4 5B... jesus! Trying to imagine what that entails given that I consider E3 5B a ground fall. Is there a carpet of lego bricks along the bottom laid out by Piers Morgan awaiting your landing for a long discussion about current vegan alternatives?

Glad to hear your climbing is as ephemeral and nuts as ever Stu! I have never forgotten that disintegrating choss/mud tower you hauled me up!!

 Stu Bradbury 02 May 2019
In reply to pasbury:

If you really want to dent an indoor climbers ego take them to Jack Yer Body (E4 5c) and explain it's a 6a or about V3!

In reply to Stu Bradbury:

Sounds like you need a trip to Vedauwoo

Just back from a 3 week off-width trip in Moab & Indian creek...Totally awesome!

 Des Hannigan 02 May 2019
In reply to Andy2:

And wot about that D Hanningford bloke dodging the flying flakes..? Always check the guidebook!

 Stu Bradbury 03 May 2019
In reply to Greasy Prusiks:

That's UK 6a... So if you want to compare its Trad grade with sport/climbing wall its more like 7a...

Its defo a beauty & a beast! : )

Stu.

 Greasy Prusiks 03 May 2019
In reply to Stu Bradbury:

Yeah it just struck me that a 6a crux is about V3 and most indoor V3s feel a bit 'different' to Jack.

Mind you I've never made it past the finger crack!

Great article by the way.

How much does it cost to get you to run one in Cardiff Stu? I reckon I could whip up some interest.

Des Hannigan is a figment of mine and Nick Crowhurst's imagination and D Hanningford is a well known troublemaker

I suppose if you mean to do them outdoors then it's a little more difficult to find yourself a canvas in the slimey limey crags of South Wales..

I seem to remember that he was a hologram . . .

If you can find 4 people interested in a workshop Yes I will come up to the peak, the grit has some good stuff to go at.

If your interested then email me Mr Slab...stu@wall-crawler.co.uk
