Hiking in Sao Miguel

Hi, my first time posting on here. Heading to Sao Miguel island in the Azores in January....(thank Kayak explore!)...any suggestions for long walks? Maybe even a continuous one? I'm there for 6 days.

Also any idea if you can wildcamp?
