The current ground conditions, following a thaw to high elevations saturating the snow pack, forecast cold temps with intermittent freeze thaws and a strong brief warm pulse later in the week to further liberate and provide seepage, followed by cold Northly air streams blowing into the corries.......... are suggesting the chance of an ice bonanza, and conditions generally could be very good.
