In my 7th year or so of climbing I randomly developed what has been diagnosed as CTS. Essentially extremely painful numbness in the 'funny bone' area in my left arm (much reduced symptoms in other arm). Trigger seems to be bending my arms for any period of time, with severity linked to how bent the arm is.
The physio recommended the Dr. Jo videos on YouTube (seem good so far and some slight relief from symptoms initially). Has anyone else been through this? Some hope would be nice after having 'beaten' both tennis and golfers elbow and on my way through 'beating' patella tendonitis (my body sucks)
