I update my subscription the other day and I'm still getting this message when I try to download crags on the app. Any ideas how to resolve this? 

Your Rockfax/UK account is inactive. Visit the Rockfax website to activate your account.

If I check my subscription on rockfax it says it's active. I've tried deleting and downloading the app again and I also tried it on another phone and still no joy.

Hi scott. 

Are you logged in? You can do this under Settings -> My Account? That popup should also prompt you to log in.

Yes I was logged in, I have just done so again and working now cheers
