I was printing out a Harvey's map section from my phone and noticed a crag with the name marked in red with (St) next to it. All the crags around have it. It's a 1:40k mountain map. I have downloaded the legend and can't find reference to the (St). Any ideas what it means? (Not that it matters, I'm running rather than climbing, but I like to know!)

Distinct tops are in red, but I have no idea what the (St) means - what's the name of the crag?

Tops are red in bold type, this isn't bold type.

The one which caught my eye was Achray wall, but there are several around there. There is also Loch Katrine Boulder (B) nearby in the same typeset.

(St) summer trad crag v. (Ss) summer sport?

That sounds feasible! Thanks!

For the Lakes (Harveys Superwalker), the only ones I have, the crags are all in black and without any extra information. That sounds really useful.

They're climbing crag diagrams - I have the Cairgorms & Lochnagar 1:40k and it has lots of them on it.  Very handy!

You normally have to look on the back of the BMC maps for the descriptions, annoyingly not included in the legend.

S = summer

W = winter

T = Trad

S = Sport

B = Boulder

Combinations thereof ensue.
