I aim to catch the train from Carlisle to Ravenglass, then cycle back, so will need to park my van somewhere. Obviously having the bikes, it can be a few miles from the station. Can anyone suggest a reasonable place to park that will not irritate anyone, please.

You can book a drive or something on JustPark for about a fiver a day. Peace of mind that someone will be watching over it too
