Fitting a poster presentation poster to 'full screen'

Hi folks,

I need to record a 'Screen Cast' presentation, and then submit it online. Does anybody know how one goes about enlarging a powerpoint slide or poster so that it enlarges to full screen?

In PowerPoint pressing F5 or clicking the little projector screen icon in the bottom right will do this.
