Can anyone please recommend a qualified mountain guide for a day's easy scrambling in the lakes ie striding edge? Thanks.

Hundreds of options but try Lakeland Mountain Guides, they are a good bunch

Thanks. I usually do unguided walks, but thought maybe I could do with guidance on routes with high exposure.

Chris Ensoll is great: https://www.chrisensoll.com/

Very nice guy, really experienced and a good teacher. I can imagine you not only coming out of a day having done some good routes, but also having learnt a lot.

Striding Edge really isn't very tricky, though - so long as you do it in pleasant weather. If you already have hill-walking experience, maybe just have a go?
