Have anyone been in Ulasssai around Easter week (from april 9. this year) ?
Which weather should be expected? Nice spring time temperatures and sunny? Or unstable and risk of too much rain?

From my experience you will be looking for shade! If the weather is cold and cloudy in the hills you can always head down to the coast.

If the maestrale is blowing then you will want a big coat! It goes howling down the canyon.
I think you'll want to be prepared for either as we froze for a couple of days and then it was boiling. This was late summer though I think.
