Hi,

Looking for a little feedback on the Petzl Alto pad, does anyone have any negative experiences with the zipper or velcro on the suspension system? Any other thoughts or feedback welcome. 

Mine's great.
Also none of my friends have one and it looks good in photos. 

Good pad. Our one has a slight rip in the flap that zips.. my mate's one has a bust zip. He contacted Petzl and they sent an entire new cover. Pretty good after sales that. Good, solid pad. Good for carrying a tonne of stuff in

We gave it Highly Recommended back in our 2018 Mid-Size Bouldering Mat Group Test and given that I've used it a lot in the intervening years - and it's still going well - I'd give it a double thumbs up. Obvioulsy not the cheapest, but it's lasted well, and the carry system, coupled with the fact you can put all your stuff into it without fear of it falling out, makes it worth the expense (in my eyes).
