Hi all
Back the BMC, just helping out for a few occasional days while the new Wales Access Officer is in the alps....
RSPB South Stack have been in touch to confirm that the sea-birds at Gogarth have finished nesting early (as with all the big sea-bird colonies, one evening they are all there, and then next morning, literally the cliffs are all quiet and they are off to sea en-masse).
So, from today, all seasonal climbing restrictions at Gogarth (Red Walls, Mousetrap, Flytrap zawn, etc) have been lifted and the RSPB thanks climbers for observing the agreed restrictions and look forward to see scared looking climbers topping out at Red Walls again....
