Hello,

I am scoping a climbing trip to NW Spain. Can anyone on here recommend a suitable guidebook? - I am particularly interested to hear from anyone who has used both the Alberto Borza guide (https://climb-europe.com/rockclimbingshop/cordillera-cantabrica-sport-climb...) and the Richie Patterson one (https://climb-europe.com/rockclimbingshop/roca-verde-rock-climbing-guideboo...) - to see what the differences are.

Thanks, Deema

Afraid I cant help with a comparison, but I've just come back from a trip to the Picos and used the Rocha Verde one which I thought was very good, excellent descriptions, topos ect. Very up to date with an absolute ton of crags. Quite a weighty tome as its dual language.

This seemed to be the one most used by other climbers (almost all Spanish) at the crags we visited.
