I can only seem to find summer routes online, and recently purchasing 'mountaineering in the Julian Alps' proved very disappointing with it basically consisting of walking routes. Anything harder it basically says; "you should only proceed further if you are an experienced mountaineer" but without any details.

Does anyone have any info on any nice snow/ice routes up to about AD+? Planning a short trip over so a couple of routes would be great.

Thanks.

I've also tried this and most websites seem to be run by guide websites. The Slovenian Route on the North Face of Triglav looks interesting though.

ok thanks, I'll have a look at that.

Hopefully others have more ideas. Worst case scenario I'm sure we'll find some easy angles faces and snow gullies.

yeah thanks. I did that after posting here and got some info, there's just nothing really detailed about grades for ridges, faces, gullies etc. But have found a bit more stuff online.

Cheers
