Please, please stop encouraging bird watching on this forum! It is not safe. My belayer is not as attentive as they used to be, always scanning the surrounding trees and fiddling with his Merlin app. The more adventurous the location, the more unusual the birds, the more likely they short rope me. It is only a matter of time before someone gets dropped. Surely there are bird watching forums where this content can be discussed. Next it will be dragon flies. Help.
