The BLCC stands for the British Lead Climbing Championships. It is the new name for the BICC. The new name reflects the fact that the event is lead climbing and is not necessarily indoors. Actually the weather hasn't been too bad at all here thanks. Had about a quarter hours light rain today.
The competition routes will be dry in any case being on the underside of a slab. Supposed to be some sort of protective tarps put up to keep it dry too.

In reply to all: Apparantly the competition routes are being set on Friday, but theres no tarps up yet! Bring an umbrella i'd say...

Some good crimps , pockets and cracks. Worth having a go on if your waiting for a tram!

I am but it is only round the corner. Currently a bit on the windy side but not rained since this morning. Went and had a look at the comp routes after I finished work today. They look interesting!!!
