Is Kale Borroka, which is the street war that the basques separatist wage against the Spanish. Kale means street (but can be spelled Kalea as well when you use it like Oxford Street) and Borroka means fight. Street guerrilla warfare was very popular in the 90's, when the route was climbed, before the Basques settled their differences with Spain.
