Norwegian climber Mari Salvesen recently became only the second person to flash the infamously burly Belly Full of Bad Berries (5.13b), a 24m overhanging offwidth crack in Indian Creek, first climbed by Brad Jackson.
If he failed to onsight it he also failed to flash it, he just chose not to find out the beta. Is it better to attempt an onsight and fail or attempt a flash and succeed? Sometimes I grapple with this
