Lattice Training coach Maddy Cope continues her series on climbing training for women, with a focus on tailoring training sessions to the various stages of the menstrual cycle.

In the second part of this series we will be looking at some of the finer details when it comes to training and the menstrual cycle. Previously we have explored the idea of syncing our training with our menstrual cycles, using the information we gain from tracking to decide the best time to schedule rest weeks in order to make the most of our training weeks. This is the first step when it comes to considering the menstrual cycle in our training.
