It's been at least 6 years. I'll be there from around 10am with my grand daughter for her first ever climb. I've got a pal coming to belay me to see just how much I've degraded and I expect it to be horrific...anyone seeing a fat Northern monkey sweating up the easiest of slabs, please try and say something encouraging... 

You may be, right now, sweating up the wall. Hope it goes better than expected ansd they've changed routes since your last visit.

Embarrassed at how out of shape I am and how knackered I feel after quite a short burst. Need a tea and a lie down now 😂
