Been recommended his podcast by a friend and having listened to one I'm wondering whether it's useful or just supplement sales. What's the consensus? (I'm leaning towards the latter, psuedo science, supplement sales bs .

I googled him.  One of the first things that came up was a 5G protection concoction of presumably expensive ingredients.  With no further information I'm going to assume he is a snake oil seller.

I'd not seen the 5G thing, so that's me out! Anyhow, I've already got my Arctergonia tinfoil beanie to protect me from all the unseen killer radio waves, bad vibes and getting a cold head.

Worse than just snake oil, lifted from a precis of one of his podcasts:-

"-How the history of vaccinations is much, much different than what we've been led to believe…

-Why kids actually need to get measles, mumps and rubella…

–How vaccines can cause a sulfate deficiency and why that's a problem…

-The truth about the Andrew Wakefield, vaccines and autism scandal…

-Why mercury and aluminum aren't really a problem when it comes to MMR vaccines, and what really is the problem…

–What you need to know about ingredients like thimerosal and formaldehyde…

-Alternatives to vaccines for yourself, for children and for babies…"
