Hey guys new time poster here. I love the content. I have a dilemma when it comes to persona training and doing Yoga. Which of these two is the best in improving one's self?

Training is best. Yoga just benefits the ego by telling everyone you do yoga and about your Indian guru.

Lots of folk do crossfit or boot camps now, which are apparently much better than old school circuit training.
