If you are thinking of booking the ice wall at the Snow Factor at Braehead, Glasgow *beware*. Their website directs you to a "non geographical" call centre number. On examining last month's bill I discovered it cost me £9 to hang on in a queue to book the wall. I'll not be doing that again.
